Every product we make is built with that moment in mind — and we stand behind it completely. If hushappi doesn't deliver for you and your baby, we genuinely want to make it right.


Cancellation Policy

We move fast to get your hushappi to you as quickly as possible — which means orders enter processing quickly too. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please reach out to us at hello@hushappi.com within 24 hours of placing it. After that window, we may not be able to catch it in time. If your cancellation is successful, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.


Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We are so confident that hushappi will change your nights that we back it with a full 60-day money-back guarantee — no hoops, no hassle. That said, we do ask that you give it at least 14 days of real use before deciding it isn't for you. Most parents have their first "finally" moment long before that. But if after 14 days you are still not happy for any reason, simply get in touch and we will take care of you.

To start a return, email us at hello@hushappi.com or fill out the form on our Contact Us page. Include your order number or the name and email address used to place the order and we will get things moving as quickly as possible. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable where applicable.


Damaged Items

Every hushappi order is carefully packaged before it leaves us. If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or is physically broken, we want to know about it immediately. Please email hello@hushappi.com within 72 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the damage and we will do everything we can to get a replacement out to you at no cost.

Please note that scuffs or dents to the outer packaging during transit, where the product inside is in perfect condition, do not constitute damage. We are also unable to refund, replace, or accept returns for items that have been damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.


Shipping and Delivery

Once your hushappi leaves our hands, the journey is in the care of our courier partners. While we always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we are unable to take responsibility for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors outside of our control. If you run into any delivery issues, your first step should be to contact the courier directly using your tracking number. hushappi is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please take a moment to double-check your shipping address before completing your order — especially if you're ordering at 2am! If an incorrect address is entered and we are not notified within 24 hours of your order being placed, we are unfortunately unable to offer a resend or refund. This is one we really want to help with, so the sooner you catch it the better.

We reserve the right to update this policy from time to time as hushappi grows. The most current version will always live on this page, and continuing to purchase from us means you agree to whatever version is current at the time.
