hushappi Shipping Information
We know that when your baby is congested and you've just discovered hushappi, the last thing you want to do is wait. That's why we offer free shipping on every single order — no minimums, no exceptions — and do everything we can to get your order moving as fast as possible.
Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. Your order is considered dispatched once it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is on its way to you. During peak periods and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days. We appreciate your patience during busy seasons and will always keep you updated.
Estimated Shipping Times
The delivery times below reflect transit time after your order has been dispatched to the carrier. Actual delivery times will vary depending on your location.

Please note that during peak periods and holidays, carriers may experience delays in transit and tracking updates that are outside of our control. For international orders, unexpected customs processing may also add to the overall delivery timeframe.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
We want every hushappi to land on the right doorstep. Please take a moment to double-check your shipping details at checkout — especially if you're ordering in a sleep-deprived haze at 2am! It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of purchase.
If our system flags an issue with your address, our support team will reach out by email within 3 business days to verify your details. If we don't hear back within that window, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If you spot an error in your shipping details after placing your order, email us at hello@hushappi.com within 24 hours and we will do our best to make the correction in time. We cannot guarantee changes after this window as orders move quickly through our system.
Delayed Delivery
We know how much it matters to have hushappi arrive quickly — especially when you're in the middle of a rough cold season. We do everything we can to dispatch orders promptly, but occasionally delays occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including severe weather, courier disruptions, customs processing, or unexpected demand.
If your order is delayed, we will do our best to communicate with you and work with our courier partners to get things moving. hushappi is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors, and we are unable to guarantee exact delivery dates. What we can guarantee is that we will always be honest with you and do everything in our power to help.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been handed to our courier partner and is in transit, it is unfortunately outside of our direct control. If your package appears to be lost or stolen, please email us at hello@hushappi.com and we will do everything we can to help you resolve the situation.
We also recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim — most carriers have a formal process for lost or stolen packages and may require additional information from you to proceed. We will follow up with the courier on your behalf and keep you updated throughout.
Please note that hushappi is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen during transit. However, we will always go above and beyond to help find a resolution. Depending on the outcome of the courier investigation, we may be able to offer a replacement. If the package cannot be located, we recommend filing a police report as a precautionary step.

hushappi reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. By purchasing from hushappi, you are agreeing to the version of this policy that is current at the time of your order.
